A multi-faceted application, selection and interview process includes assessment centers and panel interviews to identify and attract educators who will bring dynamic energy, a thirst for continuous improvement and the creativity to ignite sparks of genius every day.

Studying the IB is challenging, teaching the IB is also challenging
Here are the qualifications our teachers must have:
- Teaching certification from a recognized teacher training institute
- Minimum 5 years experience teaching the IB curriculum.
- Proven success with improving student outcomes through innovative teaching
- Passionate about Hanoi and all that Vietnam has to offer!
Every educator and every student is unique. There are different growth paths for educators.
Our Heads of School, Deputy Heads, Administrative and Academic Directors, drive communities of educators in Shanghai, Dubai, New York, Seoul and London to gather, share best practice, and learn. We constantly absorb the latest advancements in research and teaching practice that strengthen learning environments and bring better outcomes to our students. Many of our leaders have PhDs in Education.
