Dwight School Hanoi Lion in Blue

WELCOME TO
DWIGHT SCHOOL HANOI

Dwight School Hanoi is the eighth campus in the Dwight Schools global network, founded in New York in 1872 and built on more than 150 years of educational excellence. Guided by our mission to ignite the spark of genius in every child, Dwight School Hanoi connects students to global opportunities for collaboration, exchange, and learning across the Dwight network.

As an IB World School, our academic program is built around the International Baccalaureate continuum, offering the Primary Years Programme (PYP), Middle Years Programme (MYP), and Diploma Programme (DP). These programmes develop curiosity, critical thinking, and academic excellence through one of the world’s most respected educational frameworks.

Students are supported in planning their future through Dwight’s four-year university and career guidance program, helping them explore their interests, build strong applications, and prepare for leading universities around the world.

Students also benefit from Dwight’s distinctive programs, including Spark Academy and our partnership with Manchester City Football School, where world-class coaching and mentorship develop not only athletic ability but also teamwork, resilience, leadership, and character — reflecting our commitment to nurturing the whole child.

WHY THE IB?

Dwight’s inspiring faculty encourage students to believe in their own talents, pursue their passions, and take intellectual risks through the IB. No other curriculum fits better with our mission of igniting the spark of genius in every child — and our vision of educating critical thinkers and innovative global leaders. The academic breadth and depth of the IB are simply unparalleled, which is why it is recognized worldwide as the “gold standard” in college preparation.
