Spark Tank is a dynamic space where students are diving into their own passions and growing as creators and leaders.
Here’s how it works:
- Discovering Passions: Students explore what matters most to them, whether it’s building something new, helping others, or solving a real-world problem.
- Collaborative Creation: As a team, they are working together right now to design a logo that represents all the energy, innovation, and purpose of our club.
- Learning by Doing: Following a pathway using Dwight’s five-stage design thinking cycle—idea, research, prototype, operations, and launch—students develop their projects with mentorship and feedback.
- Support & Outcome: Along the way, they receive guidance from teachers and mentors. We aim for projects to culminate in something real—whether it's a product, presentation, or service—and in some cases, students may access funding or resources to help their ideas take off.
Why this matters:
Spark Tank helps students grow confidence, build essential skills like problem-solving, communication, and creativity, and understand that they have the power to make an impact even before graduating
