Dwight School Hanoi proudly upholds three pillars that define our approach to education: Personalized Learning, Global Vision, and Community. These pillars are evident in all of our programs and the learning of our students. Personalized Learning ensures that each student's unique strengths and passions are recognized and cultivated. Our Global Vision encourages students to think beyond borders, fostering a deep understanding of diverse perspectives. Community is at the heart of everything we do, creating a supportive and collaborative environment where students thrive.
Through our transformative educational experience, students are empowered to become compassionate, well-rounded leaders of tomorrow. Welcome to a community where education knows no limits!
THE IB AT DWIGHT
Dwight School Hanoi is a Candidate School* for the PYP, MYP, and DP IB Programmes. This school is pursuing authorization as an IB World School. These are schools that share a common philosophy - a commitment to high quality, challenging, international education that Dwight School Hanoi believes is important for our students.
We are proud to be an International Baccalaureate (IB) candidate school with plans to offer all three IB programmes: Primary Years Programme (PYP), Middle Years Programme (MYP), and Diploma Programme (DP). This international framework nurtures inquisitive minds, encourages critical thinking, and fosters a global perspective. Through the IB programmes, students engage in a holistic educational journey that emphasizes academic rigor, personal development, and a commitment to global citizenship.
Our dedication to nurturing well-rounded individuals extends to our focus on Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) programs. We recognize the importance of emotional intelligence, resilience, and interpersonal skills in preparing students for success in both academic and real-world settings.
SERVICE LEARNING
Additionally, Service Learning is woven into the fabric of our educational philosophy, instilling a sense of social responsibility and empathy in our students. By actively engaging in service projects, they learn the value of making a positive impact on their local and global communities.
Through our transformative educational experience, students are empowered to become compassionate, well-rounded leaders of tomorrow. Welcome to a community where education knows no limits!
